The conference aims to answer the various doubts we all have in terms of ongoing changes within our work environment: 

• how we can cope with a career that will last no less than 40 years? 
• Who can help us to maintain our employability (market abilities) over time and our skills? 
• Have we acquired sufficient knowledge during our university years to survive in today's economy?
