Ideas and suggestions raised by participants:

1.  SESSIONS

- A request for greater interactivity between speakers and participants in the audience allowing for questions and answers from the public.
- A smaller number of speakers but a more in-depth approach and analysis of specific topics discussed. A request for international speakers, avoiding rethoric and self-promotion.

2.  WORKSHOPS
- Workshops are worth more as an opportunity to compare experiences rather than following instructions and reading articles.
- Better not to change groups at every workshop; random groups do not add value.
- Speakers should have joined the workshops and interacted with participants.

3.  NETWORKING
- More networking opportunities to be able to share personal experiences.
- A more complete list of participants.
- Badges with names duplicated on both sides.

4.  ORGANIZATION

- A conference bag useful to carry notebook and papers.
- Handouts with speaker presentations distributed during the conference.
- A place to write and take notes. Difficult to write on your knees.
- Dinner seated at the table does not encourage networking among participants.

5.  OVERALL EVENT
- A great event. UNTHINKABLE! well organized and "new".
- The workshops created a lot of interaction among participants and generated a lot of energy!
- A new beginning that was very encouraging.

6.  SUGGESTIONS FOR A FOLLOW-UP
- A follow-up on the web, with presentations, videos and an online forum.
- More events with the same format but dedicated to a single topic, possibly with international speakers and representatives from the institutions.
