An HR&Organization event for not underestimating HR administration costs. Free event, registration required.

During this Organization&HR event the PWC research “The hidden reality of payroll&HR administration costs” will be presented, where it is stressed how “hidden” HR administration costs can easily reach even 65% of TCO.

The inquiry, supported by European data, shows how, through HR functions outsourcing it is possible to reduce such costs up to 32% if companies rely on an external provider who employs an integrated software platform. 

This project will be presented by Erika Andreetta, PWC director advisor, followed by an end-to-end HR processes cost analysis by Vittorio Rizzi, VIR HR owner, and a speech by  Arnaldo Camuffo, full professor of Business Organization in Management and Technology department, Bocconi University.
