The BAA in Brief
Being Alumni: Studying at Bocconi lasts a lifetime
The BAA is the Association for over 80,000 former students who have completed an academic degree at one of Università Bocconi’s five Schools: Graduate, Undergraduate, PhD, Law and SDA.
The main objective of the BAA is to spread the value of an experience and shared culture and strengthen connections and exchange of experience among Alumni. BAA also aims to maintain relations between alumni and the Bocconi community to increase the University’s prestige both nationally and internationally and to promote cooperation projects with local areas.
A widespread and structured network
In full synergy with Bocconi facilities and supported by its Board Members – well-known, reputable representatives of the international entrepreneurial community – BAA develops its Networking, Continuous Learning and Career Service activities according to a precise strategic plan and with the collaboration of:
- Area/Chapter Leaders (location coordinators) for around seventy active nuclei of alumni in Italy and around the world
- Topic Leaders (coordinators of communities of interest)
- Class Leaders (Master class group coordinators)
- Bocconi Faculty
An alive and lively community
Specific activities are created around the professional, cultural and sporting interests of alumni, in addition to activities of a socio-economic nature in collaboration with local business communities.
Alumni Worldwide
Bocconi alumni are present in 110 countries around the world. The BAA network is in continuous development, with Chapters currently active in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, the Principality of Monaco, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Eremites, the United States, Venezuela and Vietnam.
