In the 2011 report "Creating People Advantage" - a  report that indicates priorities on schedule in the area of HR in Europe - results from the third annual "European HR Survey" are presented. It is an important opportunity to compare data, as well as a unique occasion to analyze Italian challenges against the international backdrop.

The event will welcome the participation of important figures in the area of human resources: Jean-Michel Caye, Senior Partner & Managing Director in the Paris office of the Boston Consulting Group who today manages the HR/People advantage area and management of talents for BCG at a global level.

Organized by the Department of Organization and Human Resources Management at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, in collaboration with AIDP and the HR & Organization Topic Group of the Bocconi Alumni Association, the event will be moderated by Dino Ruta, Director of the Università Bocconi Master in Organization and Human Resources.
