The difficulty of accessing to traditional sources of funding, exacerbated in recent years by the economic crisis and the credit squeeze by banks and savings banks, has significantly stopped the promotion of new entrepreneurial projects. To remove these obstacles, some Autonomous Communities and the Government approved in the last two years the tax measures that facilitate the capitalization of business investment  together with tax incentives to entrepreneurial projects.
