Our events (type of events)

BAA Tokyo organizes a series of periodic events, generally open not only to Association members, but also external people to encourage networking activities and increase the visibility of both the University and SDA in a country that is very distant from Italy in ways beyond geography.
The frequency of meetings is generally every two months and they are mainly happy hours or dinners, sometimes connected to events of the city’s cultural and economic life or, at other times, tied to arrivals of new Bocconians to Tokyo.

Events that are now recurring are the Christmas Party, supplied with an increasingly rich lottery (thanks to prizes provided by our members’ companies), the summer meeting with Bocconi students taking part in the Summer Campus in Tokyo and the hanami (picnic under flowering cherry trees at the beginning of April). Because of constantly increasing participation, we are currently assessing the possibility of starting a monthly happy hour as a fixed appointment to get together for anyone who would like to reconnect with our Tokyo community.
